this is an encouraging book of inspiring thoughts , many new ways of thinking, all about being kind to yourself, and gives a new way of looking at unlikeable people, well it did for me anyway

Going through some health issues brought to this book and what a blessing it was. Lupia Hay condensed years of experience sine her first book You can heal your life and poured into this one. There is so much love and wisdom. I specially love the meditations at the end.
