I honestly found this to be pretty trite and basic, without a lot of structured, actionable instruction (unless you count things like, "you should be working on your character....". Maybe if this was my first self development book and I'd never seen an inspiring meme before... also, narration is dry and there's a lot of distracting background noise; sounds like he did it in a inner city kitchen. a big "meh" for me.
