I think this book is great for everyone but mostly for those teen agers that are struggling or passing through tough times in school, with their friends or through adolescence. This book can help them to see a brighter side in life, to be more positive and be more appreciative of what they see and hear. It his book can empower them in so many ways!

It relayed the principles in ways that a teenager could relate to them.

I believe the musical interludes help to keep them entertained.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, but it took a few sessions to finish...used it to listen to while taking 1 hour walks.

Any additional comments?

I wish I would have had this information available in this format when I was a teenager...could have figured some things out quicker but at least now I can share with my children and help them achieve anything they want to and live happier, healthier lives.

I wanted to listen to the book before I had my son read it. It has a very powerful message for teens to believe in themselves even when things do not go right in life. Has some dated examples but over all, a very inspirational piece for teens to hear.
