I've got to admit this is probably the most enjoyable 3 hours i've spent recently. A little background, I'm far from the days when I was single, but the poor feelings i got from those days, largely due to lack of self confidence, still stays with me. i wish i read this book much sooner. but anyways this would help a lot in building up my self confidence in my future days.
