The purpose of the fast

21 day fast taught me how the Holy Bible is the key to knowledge which has me hunger for God's word everyday. Now I understand my purpose in this journey. Spiritually I'm connected to God, Jesus & the Holy Spirit & it's a beautiful feeling, better than any love I've encountered. Thanks to Jesus HE made it be so. Learning about how to humble ourselves repaired my heart, mind, & soul. The readings along with the verses opened my eyes in so many ways. The recipes are great taught me how to care for my health. Five years ago I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, 2nd week in the Daniel fast I noticed my lymph nodes are no longer the size of a walnut shell, they disappeared. I know I'm healed in the name of Jesus & I can't wait for my next doctor visit. I highly recommend this book. I am most definitely doing this book again. I challenge you to read this book, be opened minded let it take its course in your life, read the Bible, come as you are, give it all to God & watch what He has stored for you. Oh, and yes I lost 10 lbs. which I forgot about because it was no longer about me it was all about God and Jesus teachings. Be encouraged and God bless you all.

Extremely encouraging book. I feel more prepared to complete the Daniel Fast. I can honestly say I’ve felt guilty when I’ve attempted to complete a fast and was not successful. This book removes the pressure to fast and placed it on prayer and fasting!

This is good information if you are interested in doing the fast. However, the manual that Audible claims to have is missing from this so it might be better to purchase this directly from the author.
