I'm Sam, the werewolf book nerd owner of The Slaughtered Lamb Bookstore & Bar. Clive, Fergus, and I are moving into our new home, the business is going well, and our folly is taking shape. Clive and I will need neutral territory for our meeting with Garyn, and a biker bar should fit the bill. I'd assumed my necromancy would give us an advantage. I hadn't anticipated, though, just how powerful Garyn and her allies were. When the fangs descend and the heads start rolling, it's going to take every friend we have and a nocturne full of vamps at our backs to even the playing field.

This was my favorite in the series so far. Thoth’s impact on Sam was a game changer, and I like her even more now.

I’ve been waiting for this and it doesn’t disappoint. Such an entertaining series. The narrator gives such a great performance. Spectacular! This series is one of the few that I whole heartedly recommend. Well worth the money and I’m counting the days until the next installment.

Nice balance of mystery intrigue adventure and humor. I’m looking forward to the next release! Reading is fun but the audible version is a real trip!

I am thankful to not having the in-depth sexi-scenes. Not my thing and not needed.

Another awesome installment in the Sam Quinn storyline. Love Steno. Great villains and intrigue. Such a wonderful group of characters and personalities. Loved the teaser at rue end making me want to dive into the next book.
