Really good and educational book, I have thoroughly enjoyed it! There plenty of things you can learn from this book and it will help you stay calm and have a positive outlook on life! One thought that also came to me during the listening of this book is about self talk and affirmations, we all do the self talk all the time and it is often not on a positive side and unfortunately a negative self talk works, that means that the positive self talk must work too if we persist, so if we do it anyway why not to change a negative self talk into a positive one! And there are plenty more I have dug out from this book, so definitely recommend it!

Positive thinking is critical, although it might sound cliché and almost banal - as well as the importance of cultivating good habits. This audiobook tells us how to find that very patterns which allow you to think positively and live a more productive life. Moreover, it tells it in many different ways so the chances are the shift in the mindset will occur.

I’m pretty sure, some books (including this one) are especially effective in the audio-format, since through repetition they help your brain re-wire itself and change your life completely. You see, we rarely read the same book multiple times, but with audio versions it’s like a more usual thing.
