Would you try another book from Ajuma Muhammad and/or Bill Powers?

Maybe

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

Left out the racism and conspiracy theroies.

Did Bill Powers do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

Yes

Was Understanding the Crisis of the Black Male worth the listening time?

yes...for the most part

Any additional comments?

80% spot on, 15% racism on the author's part, and 5% conspiracy theory. Into the book, it became clear the author is Nation of Islam and quote scripture from the Koran and credits Louis Farrakhan. If you can get past that, the book has a lot of valid points. Book is worth reading if you are not easily swayed.

Worthwhile...for the most part

Have you listened to any of Bill Powers’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

This is the first, but I hope not the last one.
