I am a big fan of Dr. Jeremiah and have really enjoyed many of his other books and learned so much. I didn’t know what to expect out of this novel. So starting into the book for me, the speed was a little slow so I had to put it on 1.1x speed. Also, the story development was a little slow so I didn’t know exactly where it was all going, but I found it very captivating and then as I got into the story and was surprised by so many different turns. The story development ended up being very good and the character development was excellent as well. This was a very good book and I would recommend it to others.

Personally, I would like like to have more spiritual explanation about a working relationship with Jesus vs tradition.

I liked the character development and the fact that I could fit myself right into the story.

Enjoyed the suspense and flow of the whole story as it unfolded. Hope it will be a series, playing out the tribulations and battles of the characters in the coming chaos. If we will be here to read or listen or possibly the unfinished manuscript will be on the authors desk for those “left behind” to discover!

This book perfectly lays out the events leading up to the rapture. It captures this time period with great authenticity as only Dr. Jeremiah can. I haven't read or listened to a book this good about this subject since The Left Behind series.

Powerful and Poignant

Great (fictional) representation of after the rapture. Biblical references and bible verses were woven in very well! Loved that the main character is a strong, military man so you know he will be able to lead the new believers to Jesus once he believes himself! Also loved the way the author manipulated the story to account for someone who knows the Bible and the End Times but was still left behind and can therefore help the new believers also. The narrator was also very good! Fantastic all around! Great trio of Dr Jeremiah, Mr. O’Neal and Mr. Wayne! I hope Book 2 will be released soon!

Hope there will be a sequel. I felt the despair of being left behind and the hope of being with vanished loved ones again. The book clearly explained why it happened and the reason for it.

The Vanished novel is truly a page turner and difficult to put down throughout many different parts of the narrative. I congratulate the authors for a well visioned approach to the topic of the Rapture. Thank You Lord for Your blessings and grace that surrounds all those who call out to You for a relationship as well as Lord and Savior. Well done Dr. Jeremiah and Sam O’Neil…. Thank you!!

Loved the storyline—so vivid and easy to imagine, from the landscape to the diverse characters and their mindsets. It was striking how many people were (are) familiar with the concept of the Rapture, yet continued to live as though they had all the time in the world. Dr. Jeremiah has such a gift for weaving a fictional narrative while staying biblically grounded. I loved the message, and found the book both powerful and deeply interesting.
