Acerca de esta escucha

Pregnancy and birth can be calm, beautiful, and even pleasurable. This book is about how to experience birth in that way. I have had uncomfortable pregnancies and excruciatingly painful births and I have had delightful, unmedicated pregnancies and births with no pain at all. What was the difference? How does one go from pain to pleasure? This book will take you on a breathtaking journey of motherhood, and walk you through the process of co-creating with God to experience a healthy, safe, fearless, confident, and pleasurable pregnancy and birth one step at a time.

I disagree with her views on nutrition, They are stated like stating a fact. Really there is just so much nuance to food and the different causes. Especially fruits and veggies today have high amount of toxins sprayed on them. And very low nutritional value compared to the same fruits and vegetables years ago not to mention the anti nutrients plants naturally make. Sourcing is also a huge factor. And healthy fats should be a huge priority including butter that she states in the book is not good for you. You can say god made fruits and vegetables for consumption, but god also gave free will and rule of the land. Man has profited off what god gave while ruining it. Our soil turned to dust no longer giving nutrients, additives making food last longer than it should, Pesticides killing off bugs and our health, And GMO plants breed for their taste not nutrients.
