I was there! In my 40s carrying every bit of the stress, hormonal, and midlife weight like a useless spare tire while also dealing mood swings, night sweats, hot flashes, other strange symptoms, and brain fog that reminded me of when I was pregnant. I looked it too! Enough was enough! This was not how this season of my life was supposed to be.
