The book was outstanding and gave tons of untold tips and methods and Franco even shared some really entertaining stories. Yes Franco has a thick accent but the interviewer was absolutely wonderful at clarifying what Franco meant to say. If you’re a bodybuilding fan this book is a must. RIP Franco.

I enjoyed listening to this audiobook, Franco is an encyclopedia of fitness and nutrition knowledge. I was sadden when he passed away, but I am glad that this got done before that happened. RIP to a legend.

If your serious about bodybuilding or fitness in general you should definitely listen to this. I’ll prob re listen to it again with a notepad to take notes. Some valuable info in this !

I usually don't care for books that are done in an interview style format, however this one is the exception! It was extremely informative! for those of you that love to hear the old dungeon, where the blonde bomber. Frank Zane. Arnold in the other greats used to lift, this book is for you.

For those who love learning the history!

Great book and advice from Franco, a man I've looked up to since the late 70's. He truly lived the American dream and contributed so much. I am happy Franco provided all the valuable info in this audio, and I will be incorporating most of it into my workouts. Can't wait to read his other books.

this is a great companion with the book A clarifies a couple of things along with that he has a conversation with a gentleman and they get in really deep into certain tips and tricks that I have implemented recently it's a game changer I highly recommend this book

As a personal trainer this book has given me so much knowledge and I still go back to this book time to time in order to polish my exercisess or to listen to great advice from Franco Columbu. I really recommend , a great book even to this day it is still accurate. Timeless!

I liked how informative Franco Columbo is and his stories of Bodybuilding and Experiences. I learned a lot of exercise information and Motivation to keep my body in shape. Definitely will be listening to this frequently for my workouts. Big inspiration for fitness and glad to learn from him. Thanks Franco
