His eyes were intense and held tales of horror she was sure he had experienced during deployments. There was something about him that made her want to see him smile.

Draven tried to fight the attraction he felt for Cashea, but she quickly dismantled the barriers he had constructed around himself. He couldn’t get her out of his mind after one steamy night. Her soft touch made him want to do things he’d sworn he wouldn’t do–become a protector and fall in love.

Wrangling Her Cowboy is a steamy interracial BWWM romance with a broken small town hero, a beautiful heroine and a HEA.

This book is the perfect balance of sex and romance. The story is well developed without sacrificing the steamy sex, and the narrators do such an incredible job bringing the story to life. Baaybee, this is what you came for! MMC might’ve said two sentences the whole book, but he stood on business!!! Are we all moving to a ranch? Is that where they at??!! I promise ya’ll I will milk a cow and die happy if this is how country boys get down!

Definitely a short and simple read. I did crave more development between them and everything felt really rushed. It was a good story idea though.

From Dawn: Wrangling Her Cowboy was so good! The characters had a reason to exist at a certain time in their lives! After going through life, love found them then “wants” change. Wanting love and a family will hit you, when it has to along with a few peppers sprinkled in.

Every woman deserves a man like Draven. A man who, when he commits, is all in. This was a sweet story about two people old enough to know what they want and not interested in playing games to get it.
First time with this author, and I'll be returning for more. Also my first time with Davud Allen Vargo as a narrator. Love him!
