Princess Jayne Frost and Prince Consort Sinclair Crowe have been called back to Nocturne Falls for Christmas so that Jayne can help out at the short-staffed Santa’s Workshop.

Being back means seeing some old friends, but also finding new trouble that Jayne just can’t stop thinking about. Are the random break-ins really someone trying to ruin Christmas? Because as Santa Claus’s niece, that feels personal to her.

But when the real reason for the break-ins gets unwrapped, Jayne decides to do everything in her power to put an end to the problem.

Sound mixing was a little weird. I know this is done a lot but "toning down" the "s"s at the beginning of words to sound like "f"s and "th"s I found to be rather distracting. "Fin" vs "Sin" was weird when the latter is his name.

I am a huge fan of thr nocturne falls world and especially Jayne and Sinclair. I'm so happy all the favorite characters of the police department and of course the awesome cats were involved. great narration and story building a must listen!

Jayne ans Sin are back in Nocturne Falls for Christmas. Things are never quiet for these two tho and a new mystery is quickly turning very dangerous and deadly.
What a great story, I absolutely love it! And that fantastic ending.. Wow!
Kristen Painter's characters and writing always have a way of pulling me right into the story and I don't want to leave. The audio narration is very well done!!

The famous “chicken party” is now a saying at our house lol. Instead of dog cookie, it’s now CHICKEN PARTY!!! Love the characters and the fun fantasy. I really love these 2 narrators. They make the characters come alive. And Spider is such a spitting image of most house cats hahaha. You’ll enjoy all of the Nocturne Falls series and Kristen Painter in general.

Loved this new Jane and Sinclair adventure taking place back in Nocturn Falls just in time for the holidays. Hope there are more adventures ahead as their married life progresses. The narration was stellar was usual.

A great book two in the new Frost and Crowe Mystery series by Kristen Painter. Kristen combines both worlds of Nocturne Falls and the North Pole seamlessly and brilliantly while expanding the richness of both. The narrators bring all of the characters, both old and new, to life brilliantly. If you are looking for a light hearted mystery with a few twists to enjoy and brighten your day then this is the book for you!
