Excellent story, but

I wouldn’t believe this crap if I hadn’t talk to someone that did it… This shit works… I listen to it while I’m cutting my grass… I listen to it at night while I’m going to sleep… Because you’re unconscious… Yes your unconscious mind listens to this stuff… There’s things that I’ve been doing that I had no interest in doing… And I mean normal things like getting up at a bed… Going to work out… Etc. etc.… Get the book… Give it I try… What have you got to lose… $14, $20… Isn’t it worth a shot

What a wonderful book! I bought the hard copy back in October last year when I was able to attend one of Dr. Dow’s lectures. He is a wealth of knowledge and shares powerful information. I love that he includes PDFs with his audible version as well so that you can see examples. Dr. Dow is a kind, genuine soul and I am grateful he has shared this information with all of us. Thank you, Dr. Dow, for making this book in an audible format (and also for narrating it yourself)!

The voice leads the content, and the content tells the story. Unfortunately what I experienced with this book was a voice that oozed douchebag, think a motivational speaker that is also hooked on talking about themself.

This is the best review I can possibly give of this book. After 3 chapters I searched for a book by Fran Lebowitz, hoping that she’d salvage the narrative of my five mile walk.

Perhaps would have been better if someone else performed it
