They show up in silence, in the way you flinch at certain tones, or in the feeling of always needing to prove you're enough.

But here's the truth: Healing is not always loud or dramatic.

Sometimes, healing looks like...

✨ Setting boundaries without guilt.

✨ Letting go of the version of your mother you hoped for.

✨ Loving her from a distance—or learning to love yourself when she couldn’t.

✨ Talking to the little girl inside of you and saying, “I see you. I’ve got you now.”

✨ Breaking generational patterns so your daughters don’t inherit your wounds.

Healing isn't about perfection or pretending the pain never happened.

It's about choosing to live free in spite of it.

To every daughter on the healing journey—
