 शेखर और ललिता के बीच कुछ अनबन हो जाती है और उसकी वजह है कि गुरुचरण बाबू और नवीनचंद्र बाबू के बीच लेन देन की शर्तें जिससे शेखर अनभिज्ञ है सो ललिता उसे अवगत कराती है कि कैसे उसके बाबा ने उसके गुरुचरण मामा जी की लाल कोठी अपने पास गिरवी रख ली है। ललिता इस बात को अच्छी तरह जानती है कि इसमें शेखर का कोई दोष नहीं है सो वो शेखर को स्नेहपूर्वक खाना परोसती है और प्रेमपूर्वक उसके प्यानो पे नयी धुन सुनाने को कहती है। इधर गुरुचरण बाबू के दामाद की तबियत अचानक बिगड़ जाती है तो ललिता उनको सलाह देती है कि और पैसे वो नवीनचंद्र बाबू से बतौर क़र्ज़ माँगकर लाएगी जब लाल कोठी उनके पास गिरवी ही है।©2021 Audible, Inc.
