    ภาวนาหัดไปเรื่อยๆ แรกๆ ก็ยาก อะไรที่ไม่เคยทำ ทำทีแรกก็ยากทั้งนั้นแหละ ฝึกปฏิบัติไปเรื่อย ต่อไปจะรู้ว่าไม่ได้ทำอะไร เราแค่เห็นเท่านั้นเอง เห็นกายทำงาน เห็นใจทำงาน... คำว่าเห็นคือ วิปัสสนะ..
