Suzanne is a resilient woman whose life journey has been shaped by poverty, perseverance, and quiet strength. Raised on a farm in a small rural community, Suzanne grew up surrounded by animals and homegrown food—but also by the unspoken weight of generational struggle, shame, and scarcity. Her early life was marked by survival, not abundance, and by a deep longing for belonging and worth.
Despite being the “good daughter” who followed the rules, attended Bible school, and married a pastor, Suzanne found herself in a long and difficult marriage that echoed many of the emotional and financial challenges of her upbringing. Through years of verbal and emotional abuse, financial hardship, and silenced faith, she eventually made the courageous decision to leave—for the sake of her daughter, and for herself.
Since then, Suzanne has rebuilt her life with purpose and intention. From working at Starbucks and returning to school to become an Educational Assistant, to now helping other families understand and manage their money, Suzanne has doubled her income and found her voice. Her story is one of deep transformation, healing, and rediscovered faith.
Today, she stands as a testament to what is possible when we choose to leave survival behind and step into healing. Suzanne’s journey will move you, challenge you, and remind you that even from the hardest places, it is possible to rise.
