Welcome to Year Two of the 50 for 50 podcast! Thank you for joining us in this journey. In this episode, Stoney and LeAn Ramsey join Anna to talk about Project Freedom, an initiative from 2006 that helped Sycamore View expand our facilities, eliminate debt, and explore new ministries.
In 2028, Sycamore View Church will turn 50 years old, and we want to do this right. We want to use the next few years as a season of reflection and preparation: reflection concerning all God has done through this church and preparation for God’s future here. So we’re launching what we’re calling “50 for 50.” Telling fifty stories. Over fifty months. Celebrating fifty years. At the beginning of every month until the spring of 2028, we will release a new story celebrating events, ministries, people, and risks, all in attempt to honor ways God has shaped and formed this church.
