Hi guys! Happy Wednesday, happy podcast day... In today's episode I am talking about 5 things I wish I knew earlier in my fitness journey. When starting going to the gym 6 years ago, I felt really alone & I had no idea on what to do. I made some mistakes which didn't help with my progression, but thankfully I learned from them. With my knowledge as a personal trainer & my experience, I am now sharing with you those things I wish I knew earlier, based on the mistakes I made, so you can avoid them. This is the type of content I wish I had when I started.
#1 - Focus on quality trainings over quantity
#2 - You don't need to earn your foods
#3 - Track your progression (or workouts)
