Here’s the truth—you are never too old to build muscle. I don’t care if you’re in your 40s, 50s, 60s or beyond. Our bodies are incredible and can adapt to strength training at any age. Will it look different than when you were 20? Sure. But can you get stronger and build lean muscle? Absolutely.
