Claire Smith is an ophthalmologist working for Kaiser Permanente in Portland, Oregon. In addition to being an empathic physician and a fantastic surgeon, Claire is also a mother to three awesome kiddos she had at different stages of training and early career. Today, Claire will chat with us about her journey to medicine and how she’s managed to find success during training and in her career while having and raising kids.
