Acerca de esta escucha
This episode really highlights elements of an enriched life experience that comes from being connected. Connected to body, connected to earth, connected to each other and ancestry. Connection starts in the root!
Stephanie talks about ‘pulling up’ our energetic roots when we are in trauma, a really beautiful metaphor connecting us to how nature also works.
Puling up our own roots keeps us from connection to the earth and keeps us from interconnectedness with our various communities...with others.
We also chat about natural cycles and the many benefits of learning and following them.
Stephine Burg is a Somatic and Soul Healing Guide. She is in service to help women reclaim their innate wisdom, and root
into collective change. She also holds retreats, plant medicine ceremonies and guides in trauma integration. You can find her with the links below.
