Finally The AMA did not settle for 25 Million Dollars to a chiropractors association. The AMA did however lose the case "Wilk vs American Medical Association", a case spanning from 1976 to 1990, in decisive fashion. Though there was no monetary settlement the AMA was found guilty of alienating the medical practice of chiropractors by slandering and boycotting in an attempt to essentially wipe out the industry.
