  • Where's Microsoft?
    Jul 14 2025

Last week I was sent an early preview of a letter written by Brad Smith, Microsoft Vice Chair & President. This is part of their efforts to let the education know their thoughts on AI in education.

I want to do something different today and that is to read the letter out for you. Then at the end I'll offer some thought.

    Jul 2 2025

Today we are exploring a thoughtful and urgent piece published in The Guardian, titled “It’s true that my fellow students are embracing AI – but this is what the critics aren’t seeing,” written by Elsie McDowell.
