Aaron Gatti is the founder and CEO of Brami, a next-generation Italian food brand reimagining Italian cuisine with an emphasis on authenticity and heritage. Growing up in his grandmother’s Italian kitchen and gaining experience in a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant, Aaron draws from Italy’s rich food traditions to democratize sprezzatura—Italy’s effortless flair for quality. Outside of work, Aaron is dedicated to his children, Luca and Solana, coaching soccer, and practicing yoga.
Brami is devoted to celebrating the magic of Italian slow-food traditions with innovative protein-rich products crafted for modern convenience. Brami's products feature the ancient lupini bean —a Mediterranean superfood that once fuelled Roman warriors and has been cherished for its health benefits for centuries. Brami currently offers two Made-in-Italy product lines: Lupini Bean Snacks and Italian Protein Pasta.
