Made with fair trade, carbon-negative cashews, Cashew Parm was born from Ali’s personal journey toward veganism and her background in sustainable agriculture as the former Education Director at McEnroe Organic Farm.
With advanced degrees in Social Impact and Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University, Ali has built Farmer Foodie around a triple bottom line of planet, product, and people. From early recipe blogs to pitching competitions and farmers markets, her vision has grown the brand into a Whole Foods–stocked favorite. Loved for its versatility and flavor, Cashew Parm is not only a staple for plant-based eaters but also a go-to seasoning for everything from veggies to proteins.
