Non-alcoholic beverages this month, of course! We have a delicious de-alcoholized bottle of Noughty, Sparkling Rosé, and we love it! Amy also brought the cannibis infused Brez and we all took sippers of two flavors! The lemon and elderflower was nice.

Hey Traci, Whatcha Eatin?

NOT Tuna, of course! Chock full of way too much mercury our bodies don't want, we've got a much better solution! Enter Artichoke "Tuna" Salad for the WIN! Seriously, everyone would be doing their bodies and our oceans a BIG favor by changing to this recipe. (You're also saving turtles, sharks, birds, and yes, even dolphins by making this switch due to fishing nets)
