  • There’s Always a Season: Knowing When to Let Go
    Jul 8 2025

    Send us a text

This week on At the Foot of Grace, we’re talking about the uncomfortable but necessary truth: not everything—and not everyone—is meant to stay forever. From friendships to habits to old mindsets, some things were only meant for a season. And when that season shifts, God might be calling you to release what you’ve been holding too tightly.

    In this episode, we explore:

🍂 What Scripture really says about seasons and release

✂️ The difference between pruning and cutting off

🚩 Signs it’s time to let go of a relationship or mindset

🎵 Worship lyrics that will challenge your heart

📝 Journal prompts to help you reflect with God

🙏🏾 A prayer for discernment and freedom

If you’ve been sensing a shift or struggling to let go of something (or someone), this episode is for you. Tune in and let God lead you with clarity, peace, and grace.

  • Today I Choose JOY!
    May 31 2025

    Send us a text

This week on At the Foot of Grace, we’re leaning into something deep, real, and beautifully defiant in the face of life’s heaviness—Joy.

Not the surface-level kind. Not the forced smiles or “just be positive” kind. But the soul-rooted, faith-fueled, God-given kind of joy. The kind you choose, even when it hurts. Even when it’s hard.

In this episode, we explore five powerful ways the Bible speaks about joy:

    •Joy in trials

    •Joy through God’s hope

    •Joy through faith

    •Joy in His presence

•Joy as a gift and fruit of the Spirit

You’ll hear honest reflections, heart-check questions, and a moment of prayer to center your soul. Plus, I’m sharing worship songs that have helped me hold on to joy when everything around me felt uncertain.

    So let me ask you:

What kind of joy are you walking in today?

What’s stopping you from choosing joy?

Come sit with me, breathe deep, and let’s say it together:

    “Today, I choose joy.”

🎧 Tune in now. Your joy is still on the table.

  • Where Is My Faith? Trusting God for Me When Believing Feels Hard
    May 24 2025

    Send us a text

    Hey Grace Seekers,

This one’s close to the heart.

Today, we’re peeling back the layers and talking about a kind of faith that doesn’t always feel strong—the kind that gets quiet when life gets loud. It’s easy to believe for others, but what about when you need the breakthrough?

In this episode, we’re asking the hard questions:

Why is it so difficult to trust God for ourselves?

What do we do with doubt?

And how do we keep believing when nothing seems to change?

We’ll lean into Scripture, confront the lies that try to silence our faith, and remember who we are: chosen, loved, and seen—even in our weakest moments. If you’ve ever felt overlooked or wrestled with your own prayers, this is for you.

Plus, we’re lifting our eyes in worship with songs that have carried me through the fog—because sometimes, the most powerful faith is the kind that simply holds on.

🎧 Tune in, be encouraged, and let’s speak to our mountains—mustard seed and all.

    May 4 2025

    Send us a text

This week on At the Foot of Grace, I’m coming to you from a tender, vulnerable place—one where I can’t do my usual routine, where depression has crept in quietly, and where trusting God feels harder than ever.

In this episode, I open up about what it means to surrender when everything inside wants to fight, control, or fix. I talk about the fear of going backward, the pain of remembering past seasons of lack, and the struggle to believe that God is still working—even here, even now.

We’ll lean on the truth of Scripture, especially Psalm 34:18, and explore how God draws near when our hearts feel broken beyond repair. I’m also continuing our new Worship Corner with three powerful songs that are carrying me through this slow season of healing:

    • “You Hold It All Together” by Maverick City Music & UPPERROOM
    • “Wait on You” by Elevation Worship & Maverick City Music
    • “Take Courage” by Kristene DiMarco

If you’re in a place where your faith feels fragile and your future feels uncertain—this episode is for you. Let’s walk through this together, one surrendered breath at a time.
