Acerca de esta escucha
There are many important steps to making contact with your innermost self—your truest, most essential self. In this episode, Dr. Victoria explores one of the most foundational: creating an inner space that nurtures that connection.
Most of us are surrounded by noise—scrolling, comparing, striving, absorbing the voices of others. From social media to the news, to the messages we’ve carried since childhood, it can be hard to hear ourselves beneath it all.
But beneath the noise, is you—a Self that is steady, clear, and wise.
This episode is an invitation to begin clearing space within. To notice the noise without becoming it. To treat your inner world as something sacred—because it is.
You get to choose what you allow in, and in doing so, you will return to a quieter truth that’s been within you all along.
This week’s practice:
Pay attention to what you’re letting into your inner space. Curate it with care. Create moments of stillness, because it’s in stillness that you are able to feel your own presence, which is deeply healing.
Thank you for listening. We're grateful for you!
