Nicole Nell, better known as DJ Nicki Nell, is the president of an award winning multi-op production company called Visual Sound Productions, Inc. Born and raised in Springfield, MA, she was no stranger to the spotlight. For 15 years she was a competitive dancer a part of the United States Dance Team. As the co-owner of a Boston-based modeling agency in the 1990’s, she provided brands with talent described as “younger, hotter and sexier” in a market that had not seen a new agency open in over 20 years. Her exploration continued when she launched Viewfinder Productions in 2004, laying the groundwork to support productions of all sizes in casting, location scouting, crew coordination and budget management.

While contracting with a major toy manufacturer, Kristie realized how little diversity was being represented in the overall messaging. She partnered with several brands to look beyond the expected and find kids who truly represented the scope of their customers. HumanKind, LLC is the culmination of that empowering experience.
