On today’s episode we’re talking Black women and Holistic Wellness. We're raising awareness because we know Black women usually have to navigate hurdles to get the support they need.

    Key takeaways:

    • You must conceptualize and define what wellness means to you.
    • The holistic paradigm considers the physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual components of the human being, their interactions, and their nurturance.
    • Learn to identify your boundaries and saying no is ok.
