In this episode, I’m diving deep into something that doesn’t get talked about enough in entrepreneurship: your energy. Your real, daily, moment-to-moment energy. Not just the motivational kind, but the kind that either pushes you forward or silently pulls you back without you even noticing.

    As entrepreneurs, our energy is our foundation. It decides how we show up, how we respond when things don’t go our way, how we speak to clients, how we move through resistance, how we sell, how we build, and how we lead. If your energy is drained, overwhelmed, distracted, burnt out, or spread too thin, it doesn’t matter how “hard” you work the results will reflect the state you're in.

    And when your energy is aligned, clean, focused, and strong you become magnetic. People feel it. They trust you. They want to be around you. They believe in what you do because you believe in it, and you’re living it. Energy doesn’t lie.

    In this episode, I open up about the moments I’ve tried to push through burnout, ignore the signs, chase momentum instead of protecting my peace and how that led me to overcommit, disconnect from myself, stop taking care of my health, and lose the spark that makes the work meaningful. I’ll also talk about how I rebuilt my internal state, created rituals to recharge and reset, and learned to protect my energy like it’s my greatest asset because it is.
