Acerca de esta escucha
Bullying and harassment is behaviour that makes someone feel intimidated or offended. And when it takes place at work, it can make your working life miserable, subsequently losing faith in yourself and your abilities. It can also leave you feeling ill and depressed, vulnerable, isolated and challenging to motivate yourself to work.
In the second installment of My Possible Self’s mini-series on bullying, host Gabby talks to Julie Dennis, Head of Diversity and Inclusion for ACAS, the workplace expert for England, Wales and Scotland. ACAS gives employees and employers free, impartial advice on workplace rights, rules and best practices.
Julie and Gabby discuss what steps to take if you or a colleague is experiencing bullying behaviour at work, and what are some of the more subtle signs to look out for if a colleague is making your working life unpleasant.
