A couple of weeks ago, Ollie was voluntarily admitted to a mental heath treatment ward. Damien and Ollie decided that they would do an episode over zoom this week and talk openly about why Ollie is there and what things are like for him right now whilst he is in hospital.

As usual, this is a raw and unfiltered conversation but that's what you should expect by this point.

The guys also have a chat about songwriting and Damien Shares a disturbing news story from 2023 with Ollie.

In this weeks episode. Ollie and Damien discuss Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD) and the differences between OCPD and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and how it affects your thinking.

They guys spend some time discussing ruminating on the negative aspects of loss and how OCPD can prevent the sufferer from being able to move on from certain life events.

Later in the episode, the guys get stuck in to some more riff writing to demonstrate how different people approach improvising riffs and a moment of magic ensues.

Please note: during this episode, Damien makes some inappropriate comments about mums. Damien would like to apologise to your mum for his remarks!
