After 11 months of podcasting, we are taking a break.

Both of us have been in incredibly busy seasons of life, and one of the greatest gifts of creating your own thing is having the freedom to do what feels right.

Right now, that means pressing pause for the month of July. We already have August laid out, and amazing guests scheduled, but this little break, this extended vacation, is exactly what we need to recharge and keep showing up with quality content.

We are so grateful for everyone who has listened, supported, and shared this journey with us. This isn’t goodbye—just a well-timed breath.
