Season 2: Justice for Joyce Yost delves into the details of a murder-for-hire plot and attempts to find justice for Joyce – a woman who bravely reported her kidnapping and rape only to vanish without a trace.

Season 3: The Search for Sheree follows two suspects in the 1985 disappearance of Sheree Warren while examining the dangerous escalation of domestic abuse and sexual violence. The Cold team seeks to answer the question: what really happened to Sheree Warren?

Dave does an excellent job providing super in-depth context into everything about Susan’s story. I grew up in Utah and was around 12 when Susan disappeared from her West Valley home. I lived about ten minutes away from the Powell home at that point, and one of my good friends from church was a relative. I really appreciate how much original audio Dave uses, even though it can be hard to listen to.

The Powell case is already interesting, but Dave Cawley is incredible. Easy to understand, his enunciation is flawless, & you can see his passion for the case. There is little to no bias or opinion, even given the subjects & Cawley share the same religion. Such impressive reporting & production. Well done KSL.

Excellent production. Well researched. Every possible witness was tracked down and interviewed. Full of new, never before seen evidence in the case. Highly recommended!

I couldn’t stop listening; binge-listened all night. Even though I knew the outcome, the story was told in such a compelling way that I was spellbound. I learned quite a lot and felt almost like I knew the main “characters”. Dave Cawley is so professional and takes care with our feelings all the way through this heartbreaking podcast.

Could not binge fast enough! While this is a devastatingly sad and true story, the thoroughness is amazing. It is very well documented and presented. Wpuld reccommend to all true crime fans and antone who may need help or has had help with domestic abuse. Trigger warnings for domestic abuse.

I wasn't going to listen to this because I thought I "knew all about this case." I'm glad I did listen, because I heard so many details that I never knew. I really feel like I now know who Susan was...., My heart goes out to this family and their friends. What a sad, sad situation.
