In the Cimarron Hills area, officers responded to several incidents including a reported hazard at Peterson Rd and Constitution Ave on February 22, status under investigation, case number 3001. Another call in Cimarron Hills that evening related to an alarm, case number 3010, remains under investigation.
Stratmoor Hills saw an incident reported on Ascot Rd involving a disturbance in the early morning of February 23, case number 2023-00031870, currently under investigation.
A theft was reported on Black Forest Rd in the Black Forest area on February 22, status under investigation, case number 2103.
Multiple welfare checks were conducted throughout the week, including on Western Dr in Cimarron Hills, and other addresses which are withheld for privacy. Most of these remain open pending further investigation.
A traffic accident occurred at the 150 mile marker of I-25 northbound in Colorado Springs on February 22, case number 1901. The incident is under active review. Fontaine Blvd and Fountain Mesa Rd in the Security neighborhood was also the scene of a traffic accident on the same day (case number 5200), and the situation remains under investigation. Another traffic accident was reported on North Marksheffel Rd (case number 3010), also being reviewed.
In terms of arrests, local law enforcement completed several warrants for unrelated charges, including third degree assault and violation of protection orders. All individuals arrested are being processed per procedure. No case numbers associated with these arrests were specified in the available reports.
