In this weeks episode, we talk consistency and goal setting.
Consistency is NOT perfect, despite what you see/hear/read on the internet. Consistency is showing up for yourself and realizing that if you skip a day, it's okay. As long as your continue to show up for yourself.
Goal setting does not have to be as hard as we make it. Set a large goal and then set smaller goals that you can celebrate along the way. See which goals need a time frame and which ones don't.
These two go hand in hand. Stay consistent and don't give up - you'll reach these goals in no time.I love you <3
