Today’s episode is one I have wanted to record for a long time coming. I have been sharing my own health journey for many years, highlighting the lows that have come with going off the pill, the highs I have felt since reintroducing meat back into my diet and more. This journey isn’t one I have been on alone, and one person who has helped so much is my naturopath. Victoria from Sana Wellness has played such a key role in understanding my own health, getting more in tune with my cycle and has helped me out of feeling lost with a missing cycle to actually feeling empowered to know I am in control of my own health.
Victoria’s mission is to empower women to stop ignoring the signs your body is giving you. Together on todays episode we aim to inspire you to debunk the myth that experiencing symptoms is "normal" or "just part of being a woman.
