Although this is raw, honest and uncomfortable at times, I hope it helps others feel they are not alone.

  • stop saying "im fine"
    Jul 20 2023
Every single one of us has said "im fine" at some point and not meant it. In this episode i talk about trying to stop doing this and to engage in how we're actually feeling. Saying we are fine when we're not means we are pushing part of ourselves down and shoving it in a box, waiting for it to reappear later. Its uncomfortable but I think we can do it.
