In this episode, I sat down with Liz Sheridan and Ian Rush, owners of POE Fair Haven and Swelle Juice Co. Liz is known across New Jersey (and the world, yes someone from Australia flew to NJ for a POE class) as a leader in fitness. POE’s signature firebeat class is a combination of HIIT and Pilates movements in a heated room of 105-110 degrees farenheit. Liz’s husband Ian recently opened Swelle Juice Co just two doors down, offering a variety of fresh juices and smoothies, made with their favorite ingredients sourced from across the country.
