 On today’s episode I am joined by Sowmya Rajasekaran, the creator of the Buildupwomen Series, an online community created to inspire, learn from, share, support, engage and build up women during and post COVID-19. The focus of our conversation: “Allyship in Leadership”, a show inspired by the need for us to talk openly about the need for "inclusion first", COVID impact on women, and leaders as allies.

Sharing in this conversation will be Sowmya Rajasekaran, the creator of #Buildupwomen. The Buildupwomen Series is an online community created to inspire, learn from, share, support, engage and build up women during and post COVID-19.
Sowmya works with the Ontario Disability Employment Network to focus on Innovation & Best Practice in Diversity & Inclusion & is also a part of Startup Canada’s women entrepreneurs roundtable program in partnership with the Embassy of Israel.
