October 10, 1988. Barely two months after the Stafford incident, the Kansas Team is reassembled in Summit Heights, Pennsylvania to look into strange pirate broadcasts coming from the local TV station.

This scenario is based on the Call of Cthulhu scenario “Signal to Noise” by Colin Richards, repurposed for 9mm Retirement Radio.
