The three poison fires of the mind bring forth misfortunes, and
The seven deeds of action and speech offend ghosts and gods.
Reincarnating repeatedly on the karmic path is not His wish.
Drifting in and out of the evil paths contradicts His grace.
Who will rescue us out of the infinite and endless sufferings?
The kindness and mercy of Ksitigarbha, with His solemn vows will!

Ksitigarbha’s grand vows bear all promises!
From the ten directions, all beings arrive at Trayastrimsa Heaven.
The illumination penetrates Avici Hell.
While gazing upon and saluting the Holy Images, I repent and entrust all my mundane sins.
