Acerca de esta escucha
We have our first ever repeat guest! We bring back high-powered consultant, friend of the pod, and father of the cohost, THE Chris Sharp. This time, he's here to help us change gears by looking at the 2024 class of rookies and evaluate the final Kia Rookie Ladder. We determine our own First and Second Teams, then we ask the deeper question of: who will the best out of all of these five years from now? There are players who may not have performed well this year that still have sky high potential. As a result, we name our own "All Five Years From Now" First and Second Teams.
And as a content warning, this episode is filled with some of the hottest takes we've had, and you never know who's going to catch strays.
Recommendations:
Chris - "The Fall of Civilization" Podcast focused on rise and falls of dynasties and peoples, and a huge add for people also interested in "Hardcore History."
Noah - The full album "Always in a Hurry" by Medasin. Expect a percussion heavy jazz fusion that works for pretty much all moods.
Jeffrey - Another book, "Conclave" by Robert Harris. Have not finished the movie yet, but the book is thrilling and keeps you guessing the whole time while still being a very earnest book.
