In addition to his role as Interim Fire Chief, Chris is also a seasoned wildland firefighter with the U.S. Forest Service, bringing over 26 years of experience to the table, as well as being a dedicated researcher. In this conversation, we explore the issue of complacency within the fire service, focusing on low-frequency, high-risk events.
