I spent my life encouraging creativity in those around me without really stopping to acknowledge that I too am born to create.

Creativity is one of the things that really brings me back to being who I was born to be. My ability to create is something that helps me see and understand my own power and to embody one of my favorite traits of God, the Divine and ultimate creator.

Today I really just want to encourage you....take the time to stop and create on purpose.. and while you're at it.. why not go ahead and create a whole life that is full of beauty?? :)

From childhood we are programed to resist feeling certain emotions. We sort or categorize certain emotions as "positive" and others as "negative," when the reality is that all emotions are simply part of the human experience. We avoid emotions like sadness, anger and anxiety because they are uncomfortable for us, or because they cause others to feel uncomfortable. When we resist feeling and processing these emotions, they are stored in our body and can cause internal destruction long term.

Big picture, feeling our emotions can prompt creativity, and just as God is the ultimate creator, we too are born to create.

When we take the deep dive of inner healing it can be like fixing up an old house. The process can be heavy which is why so many people avoid it... but what a fulfilling process to take on. It is truly a gift to come to a place in life where we are really living the life we were born to live because we are finally free to be who we were born to be!!
