 Bianca Ho is the COO and Co-Founder of WATI, a customer engagement tool that enables businesses to automate and scale their customer interactions using WhatsApp. Backed by Sequoia, Tiger Global, Shopify, and other notable investors, WATI also known as WhatsApp Team Inbox, has raised more than $35 million since 2020. The startup currently has more than 6,000 customers in 75 countries, leading with a vision to help companies grow smarter. Prior to founding WATI, Bianca first started her career as a banker at JP Morgan, moving on to holding Business Development roles at OneSky and Zendesk.
